STATEMENT:

Having learned of the existence of the NEXUR TECHNOLOGY CLUSTER ASSOCIATION and agreeing with its corporate purpose described in its Bylaws, the applicant agrees to highlight and strengthen the competitiveness of the technology and tech-based industry as a new generator of wealth and an economic engine in the area, as well as to promote and implement any actions, activities, initiatives and/or projects aimed at fostering and boosting the technology sector in Jerez and its surroundings.

REQUESTS:

That the Board of Directors accept this application and proceed with the corresponding registration in the Association Members Register as a member, declaring to know and to abide by the rights and obligations granted to members by the Bylaws.

NOTICE OF ADMISSION AS A MEMBER

The Secretary of the NEXUR Technology Cluster Association will verify that the application for admission includes all required data and may request any additional information or documentation deemed appropriate.
Once the application and documentation have been received and reviewed, the admission proposal will be submitted to the next Board of Directors meeting held after reception of the application, where compliance with the necessary requirements to belong to the association will be analyzed.
The decision of the Board of Directors will be notified to the applicant by email.
If the decision is negative, a report specifying the causes will be issued, granting a period of ten days to remedy the reasons for rejecting the admission.
If all requirements are met and the new member is admitted, a period will be granted to pay the admission fee; once paid, the member will be registered in the Members Register.
Payment of the admission fee will imply acceptance of the current Bylaws and the internal operating rules and regulations established, as well as all decisions or management measures validly adopted by the association’s governing bodies.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

New members agree to pay the following fees:

Admission Fee: €1,000
This fee may be split into monthly installments.

Monthly Fee: €100

Once admission is communicated, you must provide your company’s bank account number for direct debit purposes.

The applicant authorizes the NEXUR Technology Cluster Association to withdraw from the bank account the corresponding amount.
